Please note that while we do not anticipate schedule changes, minor adjustments may become necessary throughout the day. Any updates will be reflected on the online schedule.
Important Tournament Information
- Pool play is listed on the schedule. Knockout play will begin after pool play concludes, with seeding determined by pool play results.
- Win = 3 points
- Draw = 1 point
- Loss = 0 points
- Team Check-In: Please have your team checked in at least 30 minutes before your first match. Players will be required to have on the tournament wristband to play.
- Waiver Required: A signed waiver is required for every player before participating. You can download the waiver here. You may print, sign, and bring it with you to speed up check-in, or a parent/guardian may complete one at the registration table on tournament day.
- Tournament Shirts: If you ordered shirts, they may be picked up during check-in. Please only take the size(s) you registered for.
- Tents Welcome: Families are encouraged to bring pop-up tents. Tents may be set up anywhere on the grass surrounding the track, providing plenty of shade and a great place for your team to gather between games.
- All Games on Turf: Every match will be played on the stadium turf this year. We weren’t quite able to divide the fields enough to move games onto the grass, so all fields will be on the turf. This does make the tournament day a little longer than last year, but it also keeps everyone together in one location and creates a great tournament atmosphere.
Game Rules
- Games consist of two 12-minute halves with a 1-minute halftime.
- The tournament clock is controlled centrally. Games begin and end on the tournament horn rather than individual field clocks.
- All restarts from out of bounds are indirect free kicks.
- Players may run through the goal arc, but may not touch the ball while inside the arc. Violations result in a penalty kick.
- Fouls committed in the attacking half result in a penalty kick.
- Fouls committed in a team’s defensive half result in an indirect free kick.
Food & Refreshments
We’ll have plenty of food available throughout the day.
- Concessions will be open with drinks, snacks, and delicious baked goods from Quality Dairy.
- Pokey’s BBQ Food Truck will be serving outstanding barbecue and hot dogs.
- Kona Ice will also be on site throughout the tournament to help everyone cool off.

Tournament Reminders
- Please have your team at the field several minutes before each scheduled game so we can stay on time.
- Please treat opponents, spectators, volunteers, and referees with respect. Our officials are volunteering their time, and we appreciate everything they do to provide a positive experience for our players.
- We encourage everyone to bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and anything else needed for a full day outdoors.
